These terms apply to your use of the Savoury Ceylon Spice website, operated by Savoury Ceylon Spice (Pvt) Ltd. By browsing the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

What this website is

This site presents our range of Ceylon spices and provides a way to contact us. It is not an online shop: no prices are quoted, no orders are placed and no payments are taken here. Enquiries submitted through the contact form are requests for information, not binding orders.

Enquiries and quotations

Any pricing, availability or delivery information we send in reply to an enquiry is an invitation to discuss, not a firm offer, unless we confirm it in writing. Product supply is subject to a separate agreement between us.

Accuracy of content

We take care to describe our spices accurately, but product photographs are illustrative and natural agricultural products vary in colour, size and aroma between harvests. We do not warrant that all site content is complete or current at all times.

Intellectual property

The Savoury Ceylon Spice name, logo, photographs and site content belong to us and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the contact form to send unlawful, abusive or misleading material.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

Third-party links

Our site links to external services such as our social media profiles and an embedded map. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
